Tuning company Vorsteiner has published a series of images previewing its upcoming bodykit for the Lamborghini Urus.
When the Urus leaves Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata factory in Italy, it is one of the sharpest and most aggressive SUVs on the market. Despite this, Vorsteiner has opted to make the Urus even more extreme with a series of exterior add-ons.
Let’s start at the front, shall we? A quick glance initially reveals a sharp carbon fiber front splitter that could probably cut grass better than some of the finest lawnmowers on earth. To complement the splitter, Vorsteiner has also developed carbon accents around the two large air intakes found in the SUV’s front bumper. There’s also a carbon fiber air extractor incorporated into the hood.
As for the sides, they include carbon fiber sills to match the carbon up front. Vorsteiner will also develop a series of wheels for the super SUV, all designed to be lightweight while making the Urus stand out.
Rounding out Vorsteiner’s exterior modifications is a bold rear diffuser, a small lip spoiler on the decklid, and a roof-mounted spoiler. As you’d imagine, all of these parts are made from carbon fiber.
Vorsteiner hasn’t said if it intends on boosting the performance of the Urus or if it will only sell custom exterior parts. Even if the tuner leaves the Lamborghini’s powertrain alone, owners will still be able to enjoy a potent 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 delivering 641 hp and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque. Working alongside an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, the Urus can hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.5 seconds.
